A room with more colour
Despite the topic, those who know us know that we are not a "grill" to use: yes, we are passionate about the grill and the party that allows us to take our products, but always with the own stamp of creativity and originality that we endow to each of O'Pazo dishes.
For this reason, we have changed our living room furniture to a much more colourful and bright, with yellow and blue colours, which help us to better communicate the idea of modernity and tradition that we seek to transmit in our restaurant.
A dish that will conquer your senses
Accompanying these changes in the room we have also introduced a new exclusive tableware designed in light tones, with small concentric striations, with a very special shape that transports us to the purest textures and flavors and that make our chef's creations stand out even more on the plate.
The taste and quality as always
Despite these news, there is something we have not changed in the Asador O'Pazo: the care and pampering of treatment of our staff room; the work with the best raw materials of the sea, the land and the Padrón garden of our kitchen team; and the originality and simplicity applied to the creations of the chef, Óscar Vidal.
