At the Grupo Hotel Scala we love to celebrate, and that is why, both on Friday 14th February, Valentine's Day, and on Saturday 15th, you will be able to enjoy this special menu prepared with a lot of love to make this day a unique gastronomic experience. This menu will be served exclusively during dinner hours, to ensure that every detail of the evening is unforgettable.
The Valentine’s Day Menu consists of exquisite starters, two main courses and a delicious dessert. Both water and soft drinks will be included, while the wine will be paid for separately.
We will start with foie with its brioche bread toasts and panko prawns. Then, we will move on to seafood, where we will serve ½ grilled lobster, a dish that will leave you wanting more.
For the main dishes, our sea bass, with tubers and garlic sauce, and then the beef sirloin. Two hearty dishes that will close the savoury part of this special Valentine's Day menu at Brandal.
And for the sweet part, our famous creamy dish, which is always present on the most special occasions. A cream cheese on biscuit and raspberry jam, delicious.
