Very close to the ancient doors of Roman sailors, we make this wine using traditional methods: we handpick the grapes and select them on our plot of land, devoting time and talent to pick only the best bunches.
The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed to obtain a low yield of free-run juice. This is then decanted into a stainless steel deposit, where the future wine ferments on top of fine yeast for more than three months. The winemaking process is completed with ageing in steel casks for more than seven months.
A very fresh and elegant wine, in which the primary aromas of the Albariño variety stand out, with fruity nuances and a mineral background in the nose.
Long and complex in the mouth, revealing a vibrant acidity.
