Processions
The religious program begins on Friday, April 5 at eight in the afternoon with the reading of the proclamation in the parish church and extends until Good Friday, the 19th. Easter Festivals 2019
With the Resurrection, Padrón will dress up and explode with joy to celebrate the Easter Festivals until April 28. Fair attractions, sports competitions, children's activities, concerts and festivals and many other activities can be accommodated in a wide and varied program, which starts already the first weekend of April.
Classic appointments are the Feira Cabalar, which will be held throughout the day of Sunday 21 with race contests and a dressage show; the Andaina Bisbarra do Sar, which will take place on Saturday, April 6; the Gran Carreira Popular, which will run on April 20; or the Clásica de Pascua, a race with great tradition in the cliclista calendar.
Orchestras, bands, brass bands or folkloric groups will animate the festive days and a concert of the 80s with the groups La Frontera and La Guardia will put the musical culmination on Saturday of Pascuilla, April 27. These two actions will be separated, in addition, by a large session of fireworks.
