During these days the restaurant Asador O'Pazo hosts the tuna days during which you can taste different specialties such as grilled tuna belly, back or tartar.
This tasty and nutritious dish (very rich in protein, minerals and Omega 3 fatty acids), can exceed 600 kg and 3 m long in some specimens, and characterized in our case for being a product fish sustainable manner.
The specimens are bred in the Mediterranean Sea, where while they are monitored, are fed exclusively with extractive fishing. Once they reach the size and the perfect conditions for consumption, tuna is fish, and immediately prepared and ready for shipment.
The raw material we delivered in maximum 24 hours, and that is when our Chef Oscar Vidal gets down to work to delight us with their recipes.
The belly is one of the most desirable parts of tuna, among others by their proportion of fat, which gives it a clean, intense, fine and delicate than other parts of the fish flavor. This, coupled with its texture and laminate, also make it a perfect candidate for cooking on the grill.
If you prefer different flavors, then tartare dish is right for you: spicier, with a very distinctive and fresh taste, a distinctive texture and a wide range of shades.
And if your taste is more conservative and does not convince any of the previous two, our chef also offers the chance to taste a delicious tuna steak.
