Cocido lovers are in luck: the fourth edition of Codido Day returns to the Hotel Scala! This Saturday 11 March we will again participate, from the halls of our restaurant Scala in Padrón, in this event that has already consolidated internationally. The objective? Give visibility to one of the stars of our gastronomy and to get that the cocido will be world trending topic on Twitter.
To achieve this, a select group of people from the world of tourism, the blogosphere and gastronomic journalism will sit together at a table led by the "Cocido Leader", where they will try our best recipes and comment their impressions on social networks. These are some of professionals that will accompany us in this edition:
