The International Day of Cocido, or "Cocido Day" is an event in which a group of diners, led by a "Leader Cooked" sit at the table to enjoy a good cocido. At the same time, they share photos, comments and impressions through social networks and media 2.0 to try the cooked is "trending topic".
The main objective is to give visibility and to speak cocido at national and international levels: Everybody will find out how good it's cocido and how much we love it!
