Carnival, or as we call it in Galicia: the Entroido, is the party that makes use of our gastronomy the most. In Galicia we like to eat, and we like to do it well. The Galician stew, the shoulder of the pork with turnip tops, the pie and, obviusly, for dessert, galician crêpes and the fried pastry called "orejas" (ears), are the star dishes from carnival. We know what is good, so at Hotel Scala we have prepared a spectacular dinner on Saturday, March 2, so that you can come, dressed up or not, to enjoy with anyone you like.

Still don't feel like going home? Don't worry, on Sunday 3 we cook for you and the price is no more than 13 euros per person!
